We specialize in extended stays of over four nights which includes free off-street parking.

Room Rate - $75.00 per night plus tax (Four-night minimum).
Room limit - 2     Non-smoking rooms only
No pets please.      Rates subject to change.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Reservations require a current VISA or MasterCard, with preferred payment upon arrival by check or cash. A city room tax of 11.5% will be added to your bill.

Reservations of over 2 weeks require a security deposit of $250.00. The full amount will be credited to your account upon arrival. Cancellations made before 30 days of arrival will receive half of the deposit; after 30 days the full amount will be forfeited.

If you plan to stay in Portland for less than our four night minimum, please give us a call closer to your arrival date. We make exceptions when space is available.
